Open the jar - Remove lid seal from the bottom of the lid.
Cut a bit of floss - Use a cutter on the lid to cut the desired length of floss, typically around 50cm.
Floss - Gently slide between teeth, back and forth. Curve around each tooth, up and down, then move to the next.
Rinse - Finish by rinsing your mouth with water.

Warning: Be careful not to snap or force the floss, as it may harm your gums.
